Privacy Policy
This privacy policy explains how subbulakshmanan.com (the "site") handles information you share when you visit or contact me. The site is operated personally by Subbu Lakshmanan. Keeping things simple and respectful of your data is the whole point — there's no advertising network, no behavioural tracking, and no data resale.
What I collect
The only personal information actively collected is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, subject and message. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referrer, page visited) may also be recorded by the hosting provider for security and reliability purposes.
How the contact form works
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When you submit the form, your details are forwarded to my inbox via Formspree. Formspree stores submissions in line with their own privacy policy. I use the information solely to respond to your enquiry.

I don't add you to any mailing list, I don't share your details with third parties, and I don't sell data — full stop.
Cookies
The site itself does not set tracking cookies. The hosting platform and Google Fonts may set technical cookies required to deliver the page reliably. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up. If you'd like your details deleted, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with me at any time. If you're in a jurisdiction covered by GDPR, the Australian Privacy Act, or similar legislation, the rights granted under those laws apply.
